DESAFIOS E IMPLICAÇÕES SOBRE OS DIREITOS FUNDAMENTAIS NA PROMOÇÃO DA SAÚDE MENTAL DA POPULAÇÃO DURANTE A PANDEMIA DA COVID-19

Este artigo discuti as interações entre saúde mental e direitos fundamentais no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19, examinando como as restrições, tais quais as impostas durante a pandemia, afetam o bem-estar psicológico das pessoas. Por meio de revisão bibliográfica fundamentada, o estudo discuti os efeitos das restrições sociais sobre as pessoas; discuti as consequências das ações de intervenção, incluindo medidas de saúde pública e apoio psicossocial; e enfatiza a relevância da conduta ética na manutenção dos direitos individuais e coletivos. O objetivo do estudo é: analisar alguns dos principais desafios resultantes das medidas de combate à pandemia sobre os direitos fundamentais das pessoas, e seu impacto na saúde mental da população. Os resultados revelam a importância de compreender os efeitos das medidas impostas durante a pandemia para guiar políticas públicas que harmonizem a intervenção realizada com os direitos fundamentais e a saúde mental das pessoas.
